What to Do
Year three at Sundance opened with a beautiful warm sunny Saturday. Nearly 4000 patrons strolled through the gardens and cedar trail enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and original works by the 18 artists in attendance. Kathleen served cupfuls of cold, mouth-watering gelato, a surprise feature that is returning this year.
Please join us for year four, stay for an hour or the day. Stroll the gardens and trail, rest by the ponds and engage the 20 artisans, and a mystery artist . Our motto at Sundance is always “turn off the cell phone, relax and let us entertain you.“
“it's such a pleasure to have time to talk, time to stroll and time to sit by one of the ponds and not having to rush to the next studio...what a great idea“
Sundance is pleased and honored to welcome our own “Wandering Minstrel“ this year. David “Zeke“Mazurek has been a professional violin player for over 35 years. His portfolio includes playing with such internationally recognized artists as Sylvia Tyson and Prairie Oyster. He has released three CD´s of his own, offering a wide range of blues, folk, and jazz violin renditions. Every afternoon during Sundance he will be strolling through the gardens serenading our guests with his enchanting violin.
Renowned local pianist Clay Young and clarinetist Dave Renaud return with their smooth, relaxing light jazz located near the patio. Enjoy their music while you have lunch. Clay and Dave received a warm welcome last year and we are thrilled they are returning for Sundance 2010.

Michele and Paul return for their 4th year with “lunch in the gardens“ serving a locally grown and organic menu. Both hot and cold meals will be available, a new organic salad is offered this year. A larger seating area is planned for 2010, continuing with our “patio theme” that was popular last year. This year, Paul’s adding local micro brewery ale and Ontario wines to complete your lunch experience. Bestowed the “Greenest Restaurant“ award by the Province of Ontario,
